Despite bordering some of the richest businesses and most affluent neighborhoods in the county, Casino Road continues to be a neighborhood that has been systematically deprived of many of the resources and opportunities people need to thrive. In this report, we use the most recent data available to compare the realities of Casino Road and surrounding South Everett communities to the realities of the more affluent neighborhoods in Mukilteo.
